The booking process was quick, easy & the price good value - just what I was looking for. I have already recommended this to my friends.
This is the worst company I have deal with, I canceled my trip on March 15, 2020 and the person I spoke to said I will get my money back ($66.15) in about 3-5 days and is been over 60 days and they have NOT send me my money, I will NEVER use this company again and I want to tell anybody else checking here, be very careful this company will keep your money even if you do NOT use them

Love this app, been using it for a year to find the best parking spots across LA. Perfect everytime.
As a resident of New York, I don't even know what I would do without this app. It has saved me hundreds of dollars over the past 1-2 years. Love it!!
The places this app found were very conveniently located for where I needed to be. No hassles at all. It's easy to find low cost parking.

Very neat app The interface is beautiful and intuitive. Best app I've ever seen for local events. You can search with x miles of your location using parameters such as typle of event, cost, channel (such as local live music), what's happening now, what's happening next week. I plan to use this every weekend from here on out.
I work installing communications equipment in Seattle and Olympia WA. The parking app allows me to easily pay for parking and then submit the parking receipts to my employer at the end of the week. The app has become one of my "tools" when I work in Seattle or Olympia. I have told other people who park in Seattle about it and they tried it and love it too. Additionally, when one of my jobs takes longer than expected, I can easily extend my parking time on the app without going back to the street and putting more money into the ticket vending machine. Really makes my life easier.
As always, great customer experience and an ease to do business with. Everything just lines up when I choose Way Airport Parking. Thank you!
Way is our preferred place to park when we travel. We like that they are timely, seems like we arrive and they are there to pick us up, take our bags and away we go. This is also true when we return to DIA. We don't wait long to be picked up. Our experience has always been pleasant.

It seems to be a scam. First, they do not honor their posted refund policy and second, this disclaimer is included in their confirmation email which suggests you may not have parking available when you arrive regardless of having paid in advance: "Airportlax and Way are not responsible if our partner parking lot sells out and can't accept our customers."

I believe it is a scam company. Even if they occasionally deliver the order, it appears their model is to sell indiscriminately and refuse to service customer complains or refund requests.
